I moved my husband from a larger nursing home to Sedro Trail Assisted Living & Memory Care, where he remained for his final months. What a difference! Sedro Trail is a very homey environment with a large beautiful backyard. My husband benefited from the caring staff. The owner and manager were always accessible to me. The residents and their families were able to get to know one another and become a support group to one another. Sedro Trail was the right choice for us, and I am very grateful for the care my husband received there.

My mother has been at Sedro Trails for about 2 months and we could not be more impressed. She suffers from Dementia and the previous facility (skilled nursing) seemed to struggle with her condition which resulted in her being restless or agitated. Sedro Trails is a super place!! It has a home feel to it. It is spotlessly clean with no "nursing home" odor and is beautifully furnished. My dad stayed there over 3 years and my mom over a year and a half. The owner is meticulous in her administration of the facility and care of the residents. Very grateful for having had such a wonderful place to care for our parents!

I have known for some time that I was going to need help with my husband because he was too heavy for me to lift. I kept putting it off because I had seen what happens when loved ones are placed in nursing facilities and the staff are too busy to give each person any personal time. I had no idea that a place like Sedro Trail Assisted Living existed. My daughter first gave me a flyer and I ignored it.
